A Camera Obscurer was used to create the image on the wall behind the Bed, All the windows and any light leaks have to be taped up so that its 100% pitch dark inside, the hole that lets in light and the image from outside is upside down just light that in some cameras, but a lens is used to improve overall sharpness and to flip the image vertically.
